Ian is an experienced communicator with a proven background in sports marketing, customer service, communications, relationship management, social media, and general sports administration. I have experience working within Major League Baseball in New York and the Arizona Diamondbacks franchise in Phoenix. My adaptability, focus, and quick learning have driven strong results throughout my career, complemented by effective management, strategic vision, and business acumen across corporate and commercial sectors.

Workshop topics include sports communication, administration, management and supporting young sportspeople transition into American colleges and professional sports.

Michelle Dawson - BMS, PGDip Environment & Management, MMS Environment & Management

Michelle has spent over 20 years working with staff, households, communities, organisations and industries identifying and implementing sustainability, and carbon reduction opportunities through programmes across a range of industries. Project have included energy management and corporate sustainability for large organisation, supporting the rollout of LED lighting into New Zealand, HS&E education for the Boat Building Industry, delivering Sustainable Living courses, sustainable house and building tours and much more.

Workshop topics include sustainable living, sustainable building (home and commercial), energy management, corporate sustainability.
